One conversation on your website in which the visitor sends at least one message, however long it runs. Someone who opens the chat and leaves without typing isn’t counted.
Extra minutes are prepaid at $0.50 each. You can top up yourself or opt in to automatic top-ups. If your available balance reaches zero, NeuCalla takes voicemail messages instead of answering live until you top up.
